About

Chris began his career in arboriculture at Shady Lane Tree Care – a leading, education-focused tree company operating in Toronto, ON and the GTA. While at Shady Lane, Chris completed his ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) certification, graduated from Humber College with a diploma in arboriculture and developed a vocational specialization in large residential tree removals.
After several years with Shady Lane, an ignited passion for his work and an extensive skill set, Chris made the move to beautiful British Columbia in 2009. For 7 years, he worked all over BC for large and small-scale tree companies, adding to his repertoire of skill and knowledge to a point of expertise.
Now settled in Nanaimo with a young family, Chris shares this expertise and passion for tree work with his valued clients all over mid-Vancouver Island. From downtown Toronto Maple trees to coastal Douglas Fir giants, from Ontario’s Emerald Ash Borer to the Okanagan Valley’s Pine Beetle, from crane removals to apple tree pruning, Chris brings enthusiasm and a wealth of experience to every job.
